I have just had my third root canal at this practice with Dr Dietz. They do an amazing job right from when you call in,the receptionist Barb is very understanding and knowledgeable and helps get you the appointment you need. Dr Dietz takes time to find out all the details and listens to the symptoms before making any decisions or recommendations. He is incredible with his numbing injections, you truly do not feel them going in at all and they totally numb the area. He goes very slowly so that they don’t hurt and then leaves you to get numb before he starts the root canal.Once doing the procedure he is constantly checking that you are ok. If this is your first root canal do not be scared , book an appointment with Dr Dietz , he will take incredible care of you.

Omg! Best dental care ever! Painless root canal! 1 visit! Dr. Dietz was absolutely amazing. I give him and his staff a 10 star+ rating. And did I mention painless!!! Just the best!

Nobody wants to need an endodontist! But if you find yourself in need of a root canal evaluation and/or procedure, these are the professionals to trust. Excellent communication each step of the way. Thorough numbing of the tooth and jaw area so that you don't have any pain. They keep checking to be sure that you're comfortable and feeling no discomfort. Dr. Dietz, Gabby, and the whole team were fantastic for my dental needs. Wish I could give them 10 stars!

Just finished a 2 appointment root canal with Dr. Dietz. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. If a root canal could be "relaxing" then this would be it. While root canals are never pleasant, Northern Illinois Endodontics makes the process much more comfortable and easy to get through. From your first phone call with Barb, to the moment you walk into the office, you are greeted and made to feel comfortable and welcome. They truly care and treat you like a human being and not a number. You feel as if you have known them for a long time from the first meeting. Dr. Dietz and his assistant put you immediately at ease, explain what they will do and continually ask throughout the procedure, how you are doing, if you are comfortable, etc. I highly recommend this practice if you find yourself needing a root canal or any endodontic treatment. I've had my share of both good and bad dental experiences and this by far, has been one of the best (and that's really saying something considering it was a root canal!)

I was really nervous about my first root canal.Instead it was truly painless and the Staff at NIE really took care of me. Dr. Savani was so considerate and gentle. It was so easy and she saved my tooth. Im so glad my regular dentist referred me.I highly recommend.
